Using our own fleet of vehicles and experienced drivers, our dedicated UK delivery and collection team offer regular, reliable and convenient collections to collect all of your surplus equipment – from a single copier to a full wagon load.
Once collected, the photocopiers are brought back to our 6,000 square metre depot in Penrith, Cumbria for processing. The machines are then tested by our fully trained staff before being allocated a unique identification number and uploaded on to our state of the art stock management system, enabling our sales team to give customers the latest information on current stock, quickly and efficiently.

We have three Logicube ZX Towers which will securely wipe HDDs to the strict criteria set down by the Government body CESG. In 2015 we also purchased an Omniclone 10Xi to securely erase HDDs from Multi Function Devices. This machine wipes all data on the HDD to the US Department of Defence standard using a 3 wipe pass. We supply an in-house certificate for this erasure method listing the model and serial number of the wiped machine.
If you require individual certificates we can wipe the HDD’s using software developed by Blancco who are one of the leading global companies in the field of Data Erasing. This machine provides a full certificate for each and every HDD wiped with all relevant details needed and provides a fully certified and traceable method of HDD wiping should you require it.
